Wie läuft eine Retoure ab?

Innerhalb einer Frist von 14 Tagen kannst du bestellte Produkte mit einem Versanddienstleister deiner Wahl zurücksenden. Für reduzierte Ware ist vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen.

Bitte beachte, dass die Rücksendekosten vom Kunden selbst getragen werden müssen. Die Kosten für den Rückversand übernehmen wir nur, wenn ein Produkt beschädigt geliefert wurde.

Eine Rückerstattung für ein bestelltes Produkt kann erfolgen, wenn:

• das Produkt ungetragen/ungewaschen ist
• das Produkt unbeschädigt ist

Falls du eine andere Größe benötigst, übernehmen wir die Versandkosten für den erneuten Versand des Umtauschartikels. 

Anleitung für die Retoure

1. Klicke auf den folgenden Link (Retourenformular), um das Formular zu öffnen und herunterzuladen.
2. Drucke das Formular aus und gib deine persönlichen Informationen, Bestelldetails, die zu retournierenden Produkte sowie den Grund der Retoure an (z. B. Umtausch wegen Größe).
3. Lege die zu retournierenden Produkte sowie das ausgefüllte Rücksendeformular, wenn möglich, in die Originalverpackung. Frankiere die Sendung ausreichend und sende sie an folgende Rücksendeadresse:

Gabriel Abera Return Guidelines

How does a return work?

You can return ordered products within 14 days using a shipping provider of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We will only cover return shipping costs if a product was delivered in damaged condition.

A refund for a purchased product can be issued if:

• The product is unworn/unused and unwashed
• The product is undamaged

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, we are happy to cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility.

Instructions for Returning a Product

1. Click on the following link (Return Form) to open and download the form.
2. Print the form and provide your personal information, order details, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., size exchange).
3. Place the products you wish to return, along with the completed return form, ideally in the original packaging. Make sure to properly label and sufficiently stamp the package, then send it to the following return address:
